ecently arrest of underworld don Chota Rajan surprised many. How can underworld don be captured so easily? But it was clear indication that Plan to grab Dawwod Ibrahim is in progress. Minister of state Mr. V.K Singh was in Indonesia when Chota Rajan was arrested in the same country, this indicates some negotiations could have happened between him and Indian Government. It is open secret that Indian agencies like RAW did seek help from him, especially in operations related to Dawood Ibrahim.

Dawood Ibrahim son of an honest police constable and now India’s most wanted man. Currently on the wanted list of Interpol for cheating, criminal conspiracy and running an organised crime syndicate. He was number three on the Forbes' World's Top 11 most dreaded criminals list of 2011, rising from fourth position in 2008.Ibrahim is accused of heading an illegal empire in India, against India and Indians. After the 1993 Bombay bombings, which Ibrahim organised and financed by him.

• DIG of CBI Neeraj Kumar  claimed that Dawood Ibrahim ready to surrender but he was concerned about his security.
• Team of 4 trained shooters was sent to Karachi via Kathmandu with Nepalese passports. These shooters were also told about Clifton area where Dawood used to live. Escape plan of these was also ready. Indian Government asked these shooters to hold the plan. This happened in 1994 when P V Narasimha Rao was Prime Minister.
• Dawood used to go to Singapore and other destinations in a special aircraft with ISI handlers.RAW decided to send IAF jets and force Dawood's plane to land in India but Indian government did not show interest in this plan.
• Security agency of South Africa extended help to India provided details of Dawood's passport. But  Indian government ignored this plan of operation. This happened in 1994 when P V Narasimha Rao was Prime Minester.
• It is said that India lost big opportunity when Dawood Ibrahim’s daughter got married to Javed  Miandad’s son Juned in dubai.
• In 2013 RAW trained 9 commandos called as Super boys and send to pakistan  with passport of Sudan, Bangladesh and Nepal. When these commandos were set to execute operation a baffling call from India ended the mission , they were asked not to carry mission.

Could India neutralize Dawood – It is said that if could not neutralize Dawood during Ajit Doval’s era India could never neutralize him. This gives clear hint what could have been happening behind curtain.
